These sessions are infused with Reiki and Heather’s intuition. This holistic approach brings insight to the root cause of a lot of today’s ailments, such as anxiety, depression, trauma responses that show up as physical pain and many others. Your angels and guides relay to Heather what is causing your chakras to be blocked or out of alignment. Energy Healing focuses on removing negative energy that has been stored in the body due to physical, emotional or mental trauma. You’ll leave with a better understanding of who you are and will feel much lighter on your feet, now that you’re no longer carrying around all that negative energy.
